Tennis courts and Scholarships!

The Donkor Foundation has been busy with our tennis center in Ghana. We have two hard courts and two clay courts completed , with locker rooms underway.

We are very excited to announce that we have assisted our first two Ghana players in finding Tennis scholarships to the USA. Herman Abban and Francisca Nyarko are currently taking the Toefl tests and talking with Dan O’Connell, who is the scholarship co-ordinator at New Mexico Military Institute, NMMI. To make this even better, NMMI is where Isaac Donkor first got his scholarship to America, scouted by the very same Dan O’Connell that is helping these players today…its definitely a small world! We wish both Herman and Francisca all the best and can’t wait to see your progress in Tennis and academics!!!
